GöteborgsOperans Danskompani is a contemporary dance company within The Göteborg Opera. The company consists of dancers from 16 different countries - forming the biggest contemporary dance company in the Nordic region.
The company works with a multitude of renowned international choreographers, who create commissioned work. Besides 3-4 Main Stage productions a season, the company does site specific and educational work.
International touring is an important element of the company's identity.
