Once upon a time the grounds of TunbyGård- Hem till Gården was the last outpost of Västra Aros or like the city is called today -Västerås.
Activities like ironprocessing, trade and farming was the everyday scene. Also you could water your horses, get a good meal or a bed to sleep in here at Tunby Gård.
The farmhouses once belonged to the Church and the King, like many houses and farmland where back in those times.
Now the houses and the grounds are a historical place for visitors to enjoy. Visitors come from all around the world. Just like several hundred years ago they enjoy the traditional Swedish countryhome- a good nights sleep, the hospitality of Hem till Gården........ We like to see you with us! Welcome!
