Yoga Shastra started with the wish to pass on the teachings of our Guru's Swami Sivananda and Swami Vishnudevananda. We believe that Yoga is a complete science of self-discipline which balances, harmonizes, purifies, and strengthens the Body, Mind, and Soul of the practitioner.
Yoga shows the way to perfect health, mind control and peace with one's Self, the world, the nature and the Divine energy.
Yoga gives you the tools to find your way back to your true Self, which is your true nature of peace, happiness and bliss.
We are happy to have classes, workshops, courses and special events according to your needs no matter if you are an indivudal person, a small group, an organisation, a company, a school, a hotel or any other constellation!
We are happy to travel around the world in order to teach Yoga. So don't hesitate to contact us no matter where your studio, resort, hotel etc happen to be!
