Malte Lewan

Allmän information

DJ Malte is from Lund in Skåne. He has danced salsa socially since 2003. He DJs different styles of salsa, eg. from New York, Puerto Rico, Cuba, Colombia and Venezuela. He has played at both several exclusive New York parties and several exclusive Cuban parties. He plays bachata and kizomba/zouk. Since 2008, Malte played at the major clubs in the Öresund Region: Copenhagen, Malmö, Lund and Helsingborg. In addition to numerous special events he plays regularly at the moment in two major clubs, one in Lund (Cubana Club) and one in Malmö (Palladium with InMoves). He was DJ at the Scandinavian Salsa Congress in Gothenburg in 2011 and 2012 (grand floor, bachata and Cuban) and at Hot Salsa Weekend in Stockholm in 2011 and 2012. He's scheduled for several new festivals in 2013.
